Kaileigh's OpenHouse

This was an openhouse cake. It is a full sheet cake, half is dark chocolate and the other half is french vanilla. It is torted in the middle and has fresh strawberries inside. It has a buttercream frosting on it but instead of using vanilla I used almond extract. I must say this tastes so much better. The lettering was done freehand because my stenciler didn't work. Not my best work but I guess that comes with practice. This cake goes for about $70.

My first wedding cake...

I am so excited! This is my first wedding cake. I feel like I did a pretty good job. The Bride and Groom loved it so that is what counts. This cake was carrot cake on the top and bottom and chocolate in the middle layer. This cake serves about 250. I charge between $1.15 and $1.75 a slice depending on the difficulty of the cake. This cake is $1.25 per slice.

A showcase of Fabulous Events

I have started this blog to be able to showcase the absolutely fabulous events that I have had the pleasure to be a part of. I will be posting pictures of these events so that they will be seen by all. I must say though I have a some what alterior motive. I would like to start a bit of a business doing different events. Hopefully this could be a catalyst for something exciting in my life. Who knows? So here we go.
